ü  You must do heavy exercise regularly like jogging, lifting heavy things but be sure that you can carry not too heavy. Sleeping all day long can never help in loosing weight; therefore make your day always occupied with many things to do so that your fats will turn out and perspire and get out from your body.
ü  Drink a lot of 8 to 12 of water per day. This will help you sweep your entire bad toxin inside your body. Drinking water is a good water therapy habit. If you have kidney or UTI/Urinary Tract Infection, water will help you take away the pain in the kidney part of your body.
ü  You must also eat healthy foods like vegetables and juicy fruits. You know vegetables and fruits contain countless vitamins and minerals that are needed to your body metabolism.
ü  Have a positive outlook in life or in other words, you must think positively so that your life will go lively. If you think negatively, it can supply you stressed and makes your body organs may not function well. If you live with negative thoughts, it can make you lazy to do things in life so; fats will always stay with you. To avoid fats, enjoy life and live healthy, happily and lively like doing daily tasks that will let you perspire and take away your fats.
ü  Select foods that can help you remove excessive fats; don’t eat pork or other meats daily, it can cause you high blood pressure. You can eat meat like pork twice a month only.
